What Jim does at Schmidt: As the General Manager for Schmidt, Jim’s responsibilities require the oversight and reporting of all departments and its related activities pertaining to: accounting, administration, human resources, benefits administration, project management, sales, and information technology for two companies- Schmidt Custom Floors and Schmidt Wood Flooring & Finishes. He also facilitates and executes company policy under the vision and direction of Tim Schmidt, the company President.
