What Jason does at Schmidt: Jason is the “solution manager” for the Athletic Division at Schmidt Custom Floors. He manages all phases of the sales process. He meets with customers, completes take-offs, bids the projects, handles customer relations, and completes post project interactions. He also cultivates and manages the relationships with managers, customers, and field employees.
