What Liana does at Schmidt: Liana is responsible for managing all the scheduling for our customer service technician, Mike. She schedules repairs and warranty work that need his specialized attention.  She answers the phone for the company and directs calls, manages FidBox, distributes and manages the mail, handles lien waivers, authorizes certificates of insurance,  and tracks all call-backs Schmidt receives.
