What Ryan does at Schmidt: As a production assistant, Ryan helps with the day-to-day production and works out in the field as needed. His main objective as the Graphic Design Manager is to grow the art of the athletic industry and come up with cutting edge court ideas and designs. He also grows our stencil business and comes up with ways to market our company in the best possible way.
