What Tim does at Schmidt: As President of Schmidt Custom Floors, Tim directs the company to be successful by team building, mentoring, and leading by example. He keeps everyone accountable, which pushes each employee to do their very best. He reviews financials and procedures that takes place at the company. Tim is a big part of our customer service, he meets with customers, builders, and general contractors to make sure that the infrastructure is appropriate, giving the customer the best possible experience he can.

Hobbies: Fishing, Hunting, Downhill Skiing, Four Wheeling, Boating, Water Skiing Barefoot, Spending time with his dog, Renovating Old Homes, & Vacationing with family
